Station 3

Location: Houston, TX

Event Type: Executive dinner, forum, small-medium sized parties

The Space: Centrally located just outside of downtown, Station 3 was built in 1903 and is one of Houston’s original fire stations. The original brick, wood floors, concrete beams, and intricate hand-carved exterior stonework are a timeless addition to any event decor.

Amenities:

  • The building stands two-stories high, with a total of 5,800 sq ft., and high, fourteen ft. ceilings.
  • Both levels have an open floor plan.
  • Automated load and unload zone for vendors.
  • Four commercial restrooms and one handicap accessible restroom with a baby changing station.
  • Wheelchair and freight lift to the second floor.
  • Outdoor courtyard area.
  • Small lounge area for the “behind-the-scenes” stuff, equipped with comfortable seating, full-length mirror, wet bar, and more.
  • Private catering area with refrigeration, sink, and prepping area.

Gremillion & Co Fine Art

Location: Houston, TX

The Space: Gremillion & Co. Fine Art features a dynamic collection of contemporary art paired with unique architecture, creating a creative space for any event. The venue has two event spaces available to lease— the Main Gallery features movable walls and track lighting to create an intimate entertaining area for parties of up to 115, while the 6,000 sq ft. Annex Building features an upstairs, downstairs and adjoining sculpture garden that accommodates larger groups of up to 225 guests.

Amenities:

  • Use of the gallery includes the exhibitions, bar area, shipping and receiving areas, and sculpture garden.
  • For parties of 20 or more, renters are required to use a valet parking.

The Space: Located in the Washington Heights district, Hughes Manor is a premiere choice for impressing your guests. The space can be transformed for any type of event, from a culinary cook-off or a Super Bowl party, to a black-tie executive dinner.

1940 Air Terminal Museum

Location: Houston, TX

The Space: The 1940 Air Terminal Museum features fine stucco designs, limestone panels, cool marble floors, and an elegant chandelier —a nod to Houston’s Art Deco era. Exhibit rooms are filled with artifacts, photographs, uniforms, and airline memorabilia from Texas history.
All proceeds benefit the Houston Aeronautical Heritage Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that sponsors the 1940 Air Terminal Museum.

Atrium

  • Capacity: 150 seated, 200+ standing
  • Full use of museum; exhibits remain open for guests to enjoy
  • Event logistics must adhere to museum policies and fit within the airport's TSA regulated guidelines
  • 2 paved parking lots
  • 2 catering prep areas with necessary power supply
  • Price includes the use of the space, event coordinator, 2 security officers, up to 24 tables, up to 200 chairs, and set up/tear down
  • Museum Event Coordinator to assist with on-site event planning, vendor coordinating, contracting any needed services, and day-of coordination
  • An additional $1000 will be charged for events occurring on a holiday or on a day that the museum would normally be closed

Starliner Theater

  • Capacity: 50 seated, 50+ standing
  • Use of museum's theater room
  • Museum exhibits remain open for guests to enjoy
  • Paved parking lot
  • Use of museum's equipment; up to 5 tables, up to 50 chairs
  • Set up/Tear down of tables and chairs
  • Museum Event Coordinator to assist with on-site event planning, vendor coordinating, contracting any needed services, and day-of coordination
  • An additional $500 will be charged for events occurring on a holiday or on a day that the museum would normally be closed

Hangar

  • Capacity: 50 seated, 50+ standing
  • Full use of Hangar; exhibits remain open for guests to enjoy
  • Event logistics must adhere to museum policies and fit within the airport's TSA regulated guidelines
  • 2 paved parking lots
  • Client is responsible for bringing in tables, chairs, comfort station, a/c or heating, decorations, catering, etc.
  • The museum will provide up to 2 security officers. For events attended by more than 200 guests additional security will be required and the cost will be the responsibility of the client.
  • Museum Event Coordinator to assist with on-site event planning, vendor coordinating, contracting any needed services, and day-of coordination
  • An additional $1000 will be charged for events occurring on a holiday or on a day that the museum would normally be closed

Campus Rental

  • Includes all spaces: museum, hangar and Starliner Theater.
  • Event logistics must adhere to museum policies and fit within the airport's TSA regulated guidelines

Sharespace

Location: Multiple venues around Houston
