Role Description
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Video Business Unit, with a primary focus on Demio and cross-product video solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for prioritizing roadmaps, delivering solutions that drive engagement, retention, and growth across our suite of video products. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and ship high-impact features and experiences. This position reports directly to the VP of Product.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap for Demio and related video platform initiatives, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Define clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics to guide execution.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Partner with Marketing and Customer Success and GTM teams to ensure successful go-to-market launches, drive user adoption, and gather actionable feedback.
- Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and usage data to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, including integration and workflow enhancements.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market research to validate problems and test potential solutions.
- Champion the voice of the customer while balancing business and technical considerations.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize feature performance and validate key hypotheses.
- Monitor and measure the success of product initiatives post-launch, iterating based on performance and insights.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally within SaaS, B2B, or video technology environments.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality product features from ideation through launch.
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Comfortable working in agile, lean, or iterative product development environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting product usage data (Mixpanel preferred, or similar platforms).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with video, webinar, event, or content creation platforms is highly preferred.
- Passion for building simple, scalable, and impactful customer experiences.
