The team at Banzai kicked-off 2020 with the goal of learning how field and event marketers are approaching events and incorporating them into their overall marketing strategy. Little did we know our world was about to shift and events were going to change forever. The goal of this report is to explore where we were at the start of 2020, how marketers adjusted over the year, and what’s in store for event marketing in 2021.
