[3.2 RELEASE NOTES] Banzai Launches Virtual Registrations and Event Discovery

Corrine Stratton

Drive Qualified Registrations to your Virtual Events

Customers can now drive qualified registrations and attendees to their virtual events. Banzai support virtual events in the same way we support in-person regional events. Virtual events include but are not limited to:

  • Webinars
  • Conferences
  • Panels
  • Lunch & Learns
  • Roadshows
  • Roundtables

Customers hoping to pivot to virtual events can work with their Customer Success Manager to convert their regional credits to virtual.

Find Career-Changing Experiences with Event Discovery

Banzai launched Event Discovery as a way to connect professionals to career-changing experiences. Events are searchable by type, job function, and region. This is another channel for customers to use to reach their event’s target audience and generate quality event leads.

Registration Pages (v2)

Registrations pages are available for both in-person and virtual events. Users can add a branded cover photo (1100px x 400px). All registration pages are featured on Discover Events.

If needed, users can choose to remove your company name and/or logo from your event’s registration page. This can be set on the Organization page.

Feature Updates

  • Banzai Reminders - The Banzai Reminders is no longer available as a standalone product. Reminders and Confirmations are included with your Banzai subscription.
  • Copy your Event - When an event is copied, users will be automatically redirected to create a campaign for their new event.
Job Function - Including job function requirements is now optional for all users when completing an Audience Profile.
  • Venue Field - The venue field is now optional for regional events.
